Monday: 8:00am - 8-30am & 6:00pm - 6:30pm
Tuesday: 6:00pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 8:15am - 8-45am
Thursday: 2:00pm - 2:30pm & 6pm - 6:30pm
Just £3.50 per session or £5.00 for 2 sessions taken in any one week.

Online exercise sessions have proven to be just as effective as face to face sessions, and even more so for those who feel self-conscious exercising in front of others. As long as you can clearly see and hear me, the exercises I take you through are easy to understand & perform so if you feel more comfortable having your camera switched off you will still be able to participate safely. My HALF HOUR POWER exercise sessions are designed to be fun, fast and effective! All the exercises can be adapted to low, medium or high intensity so you can work at your own pace (and I’m there to motivate and encourage you to push that little bit harder!) so you’ll feel the benefits no matter what your starting point is. Just £3.50 per session or £5.00 for 2 sessions taken in any single week.
