Cathy has been great at motivating me to do a 5KM Parkrun within the first few months of personal training with her. Cathy's calm manner, focus and encouragement helped me to get off my backside! I would highly recommend her to anyone who may need to pluck up their confidence in this way.

We trained with Cathy in preparation for a demanding walking holiday. She is enthusiastic, challenging (exactly what we needed) and ensures exercises are done correctly. The sessions were brilliantly varied, and she was great at encouraging us to push through barriers. A huge bonus was being able to exercise at home without going to the gym. We reached our goal of being ‘match fit’ for our holiday.
